Le 13e District répond à un appel provenant d'un ami de Murphy, Linc, un policier à la retraite devenu agent de sécurité. L'homme a juste eu le temps d'utiliser l'application APB, avant d'être assassiné par cinq voleurs de bijoux armés. Lorsque Reeves et son équipe arrêtent un suspect, celui-ci refuse de parler. Gideon crée alors une chaise spéciale pour la salle d'interrogatoire capable, grâce à ses capteurs biométriques, de détecter le niveau de stress du suspect. L'homme fait alors des révélations. Le vol dans la bijouterie n'était en fait qu'une première étape avant l'attaque d'un camion blindé rempli d'argent. Une deuxième opération qui a échoué grâce à l'explosion de la bombe que portaient les voleurs...
